At Niraea, all our candles are handcrafted in small batches. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or decorative elements are natural and are not considered defects.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or broken during transit

To be eligible, you must:

  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the damaged item

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

📌 Unboxing video is mandatory to help us verify transit-related issues.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Minor variations in colour, design, or finish

  • Differences in decorative arrangements or wax detailing

  • Personal interpretation of fragrance strength or notes

  • Items assumed to be included but not mentioned in the product description

  • Used or partially used products

  • Sale items, gift cards, or personalized orders

Important Note

  • Handmade products will never be mechanically identical, and such variations are part of their uniqueness.

  • Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person. Fragrance dissatisfaction is not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged ORDERS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, contact us at niraea.co@gmail.com within 48 hours, along with your order number and proof.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error. Niraea reserves the right to approve or decline any return or refund request after verification.

  • Unboxing video clearly showing the damage

  • Brief description of the issue

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Since our products are handcrafted in small batches, cancellations after order processing are not permitted

  • Personalized orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • After this window, cancellations are not accepted

Health & Safety Disclaimer

For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
