Shipping Timeframes

• Standard Orders

  Dispatch time - Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  Delivery time - Within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

• Custom & Bulk Orders

  Customized, personalized, or bulk orders require additional time for preparation and curing.
  Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and dispatch.

• Festive Season & Sales

  During sale periods, festivals, or high-volume order windows, processing and shipping timelines may extend to 10–15 business days.
  We appreciate your patience during such times.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email along with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight (not PIN code).

• Standard Shipping (0–2 kg) - Flat rate: ₹99

• Medium heavy Shipping (2 -5 kg)- Flat rate: ₹150

• Very Heavy Shipping (5–10 kg) : ₹299

• Bulk/freight ( 10 kg+ ): Contact us for a quote - please contact us for the best shipping option and timeline.

Free Shipping Offer: (Limited Time Offer)

Orders of ₹999 or more get FREE Shipping for orders up to a weight of 5 kg.

Heavy Shipping charges(Rs.299) will apply for orders above 5 kg.

Delivery timelines and courier selection may vary by destination, as we currently fulfill orders manually (no live courier/PIN-code rate integration yet).

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

Currently, we deliver only within India.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

Niraea cannot be held liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
